Basic Photography Class Syllabus

Here is my proposed syllabus for PNWAP's first photography class.  The goal of this class will be to provide everyone with a basic understanding of camera equipment, photographic techniques, and photo editing.  We'll also showcase the work of a couple of very talented photographers and have them share some tips and tricks with you.  This class should give everyone regardless of experience level the confidence that you can take consistently very good photos with the occasional real gem thrown in.  Future classes will focus on polishing your skills for specific scenarios and techniques (for example, the HFF class that is focused on aerial photography), but I want to make sure everyone has a good baseline understanding first.  I'd like to schedule this class for just prior to airshow season start, but no firm date has been set yet.  Please let me know your thoughts regarding the syllabus or scheduling!
